- Multiply your body weight in pounds by 15 to determine the correct number of calories you need to eat per day to burn fat.
- Carbohydrates: 2:1 ratio to proteins after your workouts in liquid form.
- Drink lots of water: At least four to six liters per day.
- Keep track of your progress in a journal of some kind.
- Follow a program for at least 12 – 16 weeks before you start a new one
- 80-90% of your workouts should be compound movements
- The entire range of movement should be exercised to stimulate muscle growth.
- Plan your work at a gym, work your plan.
- Intense weight training workouts deserve a cold shower! There is increased muscle recovery from this technique!
- When you have plateaued on two workouts in a row, change the exercise. Good Luck!
